Werribee Laneway Revival

Last week our Blender crew headed out to Werribee for a week-long project working with 5 local artists from Werribee to refresh two tired laneways near the train station. The 5 selected artists came to Blender Studios before the project to began to participate in spray painting workshops and refine their skills before tackling the giant laneway project.

The two laneways are 100 meters each in length, providing the artists with a total of 400 meters of blank canvas.

Throughout the project the feedback from locals passing by was incredibly positive and the murals also gained attention in local media and newspapers for bringing new life and colour into Werribee.
